COLLECTION & SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping due to the size of the nesting boxes and the small scale of our operation. This is unlikely to change in the near future.
Collection
All collection arrangements should be made with us directly prior to purchasing any nesting boxes.
We are located in Ningi, South East Queensland, situated between Bribie Island and Caboolture. Depending on distance, order quantity and schedule, we may be able to deliver locally, or meet at a convenient half way point.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not accept returns, except for in extenuating circumstances. Exchanges may be considered, but not guaranteed. We are a very small operation, all orders will either be collected or hand delivered and products should be inspected upon acquisition.
